My dad has ocular melanoma.....

...was misdiagnosed for 18 months and told he had conjunctivitis by a consultant at a specialist eye hospital in Birmingham. An eye consultant then spotted the tumour in dad's tear duct and diagnosed OM.

I don't quite know how to condense all my experiences, some brilliant and some awful …. Being ignored by a consultant when severely reacting to chemo is one example of a negative.. but a positive is that I’m finally a part of my treatment…
