WANT TO GET SOMETHING LOOKED INTO? ON THIS PAGE YOU WILL FIND INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT TO DO NEXT

All NHS organisations (like hospitals and trusts) have systems for looking into individual bad experiences and complaints. There is also an independent organisation (ICAS) that helps people with their NHS complaint.

When you share your story on the PEBL website it is fed back anonymously to Macmillan Cancer Support who will use this to make recommendations on how the NHS can improve patient care and support staff. It will not be fed back to managers, doctors or nurses directly involved in your care.

If you feel you would like your bad experiences to be investigated individually, or if you already know that you want to make a formal complaint, please use the links on this page as your next step.
