It says to check the pouch isn’t damaged but what if the clear plastic wrapping around the box is ripped?

Hi Wrapping. I am sorry that the sealed plastic is damaged, this could be due to our production system when the sleeves are put on the boxes. All our tests are dispatched new and returned tests are not re-sent. If you would like to send a picture of your damaged packaging to orders@biosure.co.uk I will look into this further for you.
