What's 15 minutes?
I started the test then hopped in the shower to keep my mind off the test. It honestly feels like the longest 15 minutes of your life but in the short space of time to have peace of mind then it is completely worth it. I would advise anyone who is maybe to scared or embarrassed to go to a GP to pick one of these packs up. Self testing should give you the confidence and some know late about HIV and it hopefully will get you thinking about the need to have safer sex.
