unclear line

HI,firstly thank you for the product, I do the test for 15min and there is one clear line shown. But 30 min after the test , I found there is a very unclear line above my clear line, very close to the first line. I compare it with the figure on the guide book, the position is not correct. After 1 hour, I noticed a very faint pink line less than a millimeter above that clear line. So can I make sure that I am negative?

Hi unsure, Thanks for the question. The test line can only appear in the position marked on the results reading pages of the instructions for use. Sometimes the blood sample can discolour the background over time, especially in the area above the control line. If you do not have a second line in the lower position as marked on the results pages of the instructions for use, the result of your test is also negative. I hope that this answers your question and puts your mind at ease. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited

Hi, the same happened to me. A faint line 1 mm above the control line. Am I negative?

Hi Doubt-2 Thanks for contacting us. Firstly the test is definitely negative. The lines can only appear in the positions marked on the results pages of the instructions for use. Secondly, the test should only really be read at 15 minutes and certainly not more than an hour after conducting the test. I hope that this helps to answer your question Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Ltd
