Thank you!

Thanks for making this test available!
Had a phase of bad decisions and conveniently, not enough time to worry about the consequences. Once I realized that this test should probably be done, anxiety took over. Booked an appointment with the clinic but couldn’t calm my mind.

Just FYI:
Waited for 3 min, then saw that none of the liquid had seeped up, waited the full 15 and then saw that no lines had appeared at all because the liquid had moved only slightly.
So I pushed down a bit more and within 2min I got 1 line!
Still waited for another 15 min because the instructions didn’t cover my scenario.
The 1 line is very clear though, so hopefully, this has worked properly?
I guess I should have pushed the tube deeper into the buffer when I first checked?

Hi Io, thank you so much for your feedback and we are so pleased that our test is available to people that are in your situation and can help put your mind at ease. in regards to your question as long as you have a control line your test has worked and your result is valid. This is there so the user knows their test has worked as it should and can only appear if the test has run as it is supposed to. This is proven by your negative line not appearing until enough buffer had entered the test barrel. I hope this helps and thank you for choosing BioSure. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
