Tested at 80 days

I’ve been very scared of HIV after watching “it’s a sin” so I took your HIV test at 8 weeks, 10 weeks and now at 80 days. I received a negative result all three times and I just want to know what are the chances of my result changing in the next 4 days? Can one say it’s a very good indication that I do not have HIV cause surely if I did have it it would’ve shown up on the test? I’ve been googling and stressing myself out. Please help!

Hi Worried01, Good to see that you have taken the initiative to test after watching It's a Sin. Your negative result is extremely unlikely to change in the next 4 days but you must retest at 12 weeks using our test for a conclusive result. It is likely that if you were to be HIV positive, a test line would be somewhat visible before the 12 weeks as by 6 weeks 95% of people will have produced enough antibodies for our test to be able to detect infection. However, everyone produces them at different rates so it is hard to say. Just be sure to retest at 84 days and if your result is negative - you do not need to retest after this. I hope this helps. Kindest regards, Becky
