Test line

Hi, my test result didn’t show a test line but there was some red colouring on the bottom. This red colouring appeared before test line.
is that a normal negative result?
can I send my hiv test picture?

Hi worrying Thanks for getting in touch. The test line can only appear in the position marked in the results reading section of the instructions for use. It is quite common for this kind of red mark to appear on the test strip. It is a build up of red blood cells in part of the test strip. I am happy to review a picture of your test. You can email it to gcarpenter@biosure.co.uk. I will come back to you as soon as I receive the picture. It would be very handy if you could include your order number when you send the picture. You can find the order number on the order confirmation that was sent when you bought the test. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
