Test line worry - need confirmation

Hi BioSURE

I did my test, after three minutes there was no rising blood so I pushed it in, it then began to rise so I waited 15 minutes. At the end of the 15 minutes there was only one line, the control line. So, being the worrier I am, I took a photograph with the flash on my phone of the result lying down then packaged it up. About two hours later when my anxiety stated again I looked again at the picture and at close inspection could see almost a white faint line / looked almost like a reflection on the line when I zoomed in. So I took the test out again and there was still just the control line, no sign of any other line at all when looking with my eyes.

Is this faint line I saw just a reflection of something in the product? It wasn’t really a whole line like the control one, nor was it pink / red by any means.

Thanks.

Hi Otis, Thanks for your post. It is possible that what you have seen upon very close inspection of a photo the area where the test line has been sprayed onto the strip. This is the line that would come up as pink/red visible line if there were antibodies to HIV in your blood. The chemical reaction has not triggered and your test result is negative. Just to put your mind further at rest, the top (control) line can only become visible if you have done everything correctly and added enough blood. We have a Whatsapp number now where we are always happy to have a chat or confirm a result – 07763 489170 Thanks for choosing BioSure and take care. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
