Test line question

I did the test and got a strong control line which reassured me that it had worked, however I am very OCD about things and analysed the test in detail. When I looked very closely and tilted the test to the side and into certain lights I could see a shiny, clear coloured/white line on the test section. Is this normal? Am I still negative?

Hi Sacred2 Thanks for getting in contact with BioSure. With regard to the test what you have seen is completely normal and would have been exactly the same BEFORE you took the test. The two lines that can appear on the test, once run, are created by spraying a substance onto the test strip. This is what you can see reflecting light. The test line, when triggered, will be the same colour as the control line although admittedly, rarely it can be a lighter shade of the colour of the control line. From what you have described I would say that you definitely have a negative test result. I hope that this helps. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
