returnable?

Hi, is my product returnable if I have opened the pouch on the packet? If its unused but I have opened the product up. Will I get a refund if I send it back to you?

Hi questions Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately if you have opened the pouch we cannot accept a refund. The pouch is a critical part of the product security so once opened we cannot accept a product return I'm afraid. I'm really sorry that we can't help you on this occasion.
