Result accuracy

Hello
I recently took the Biosure Home Test. At first i didn’t push the test hard enough down to the bottom of the pot. So when I checked after 5 minutes it hadn’t started running. After pushing a bit harder I managed to push it right to the bottom of the pot and the test started running. I almost immediately saw the control line. After that I waited for additional 15 minutes and the test came back negative (no test line). Is there a possibility that I got a false negative because the test didn’t run immediately after I drew blood or is it ok as long as I saw the control line? Thanks for your help.

Hi JohnX Thanks for getting in touch with BioSure. The delay in fully applying the buffer solution to the test strip will not make any difference to the outcome of the test. So your negative result will have been unaffected. I hope that this answers your question. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
