Repeat test after 13 minutes results?

Hello!
I did three tests since I had my risk (oral sex with ejaculation).
First 31 days (4th generabion lab test) Negative. Then, I saw your product and I decided to check my status again.
Bought two Biosure. One I did at 70 days waiting 15 minutes to check result (Negative).
The second I did at 85 days but I couldn’t wait 15 minutes, I was in a hurry (checked at 13 min-Negative too). I could see the control line after 5 minutes I started the test.
Should I repeat the last test? I’ve already ordered a new one.
Thanks

Hi Nasty The short answer is "Yes, this is normal". HIV treatment is incredibly effective both at protecting the individual with HIV and their partners, to such an extent that, if treatment is adhered to, transmission risk is virtually eliminated. This is even true for transmission between mother to child during pregnancy. So you are at virtually no risk of getting HIV from your wife. In terms of general life risk, you are much more likely to be involved in a serious car accident than you are to contract HIV from your wife. HIV is often a very difficult thing to deal with. People suffer greatly from perceived external stigma but more significantly from learned internalised stigma. So again I would imagine that it took a lot of courage for your wife to share this with you, especially after such a long time. But she has and that is a very good thing. I hope that this information helps. If you feel you need any other information then please don't hesitate to contact me directly. My email address is gcarpenter@biosure.co.uk. Dear Miriam Thanks for getting in contact. No there really is no need for you to repeat the test. I have absolute certainty that the result would again be negative. I hope that this helps. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Ltd
