Question for device fall

Hi,
I was taking the test to see the result after 15 minutes and few seconds but I unintentionally made the test fall to one side. I raised it after a few seconds and only then I red the result, there was only the control line. Could the test line disappear due to the fall? Can I trust the result?

Hi Fall. This will not effect the result of your BioSure HIV self test. The reason we say to stand your test up is to reduce the strip discolouration and make your result easier to read. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Francesca Bard BioSure (UK) Ltd
