Hi,
before using the lancet for the drop of Blood I have used an isopropyl alcohol pad to clean my finger, then my blood passed trough some thin alcohol residual before enyering the test device. Is my negative test still valid?

Hi Rami Thanks for getting in touch. None of the things detailed in your question would have affected the result. I hope that this answers your question. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited

Hello, I bought the product, but it did not reach me except my country after ten days and the inspection was negative. Can it be damaged as a result of the examination if it is exposed to a sun or a fever, and when I know that the device is working and there is no defect

Hi Info Thanks for getting in touch. The use of alcohol to clean your finger before testing with a BioSURE HIV Self Test will not invalidate a negative test result. We do not supply such a pad with our test as we believe that alcohol residue can make it more difficult to make a well formed drop of blood. It is sufficient to clean your hands with soap and water. I hope that this helps. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
