How long is too long?

I gave unprotected oral sex about 5 or 6 years ago to my then boyfriend when we were 15-16 years old. Ejaculation wasn’t achieved but now I’m freaking out about whether I’m potentially infected. He’d only had 1 other sexual encounter with another girl in his class before me. Would it be valuable for me to use a BioSURE still?

Hi Liv95. The BioSure HIV self test would give you a true result after 12 weeks post exposure, nothing is too long. Our self test will pick up antibodies from exposure 5-6 years ago and will therefore be accurate. I hope this helps and thank you for contacting BioSure.
