HIV tests years later

Hello. I was wondering if, after the 3 months window period, would HIV antibodies still be detected many years later? For example if I had caught HIV 10 years ago and didn’t know, but I tested now – would my test be conclusive despite the amount of time that has passed by?
Thank you

Hi ManFromUK. Yes our test will pick up antibodies from exposure 10 years ago as the antibodies are still present in the body and will therefore be accurate. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
