anxiety and fear

HIV 1 /2 & P 24 Combo test (CIMA) taken after 56 days of potential exposure came out Non reactive (0.18).Shall i consider this as conclusive and move on from anxiety and fear?
My potential exposure was with a CSW.I am 38 yrs old male and was given oral/ fellatio without condom by the CSW followed by condom protected anal sex which i performed on her without ejaculation. I had to pull out and had to masturbate with my hand after taking the condom off.
Though i understand my exposure is low risk but i wanted to rule out the anxiety as i continuously have bad throat and slight fever even after taking antibiotics.

Hi Mr.Anxiety. As you are aware this is a low risk exposure. I would recommend going back to your clinic and asking them this question as i am unable to comment due to this not being a BioSURE HIV self test. If you do not wish to do this you can retest with BioSure which will give you a conclusive result 12 weeks post exposure. I'm sorry I can't help you further. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
