Hi, I've just taken the test

Hi,
I’ve just taken the test and I took the testing device out of the buffer as it didn’t fit into the result compartment. No result had shown up. I then realised it needed to be pushed further down into the buffer, which then the negative line appeared about 10 seconds later. Is this result still accurate?

Hi Peace Yes the result is still accurate. The device is very robust to small errors in test performance. As long as the upper line (the control line) has triggered, then this shows that the test has been performed correctly. I hope that this answers your question and puts your mind at ease.
