HI Symptoms 55, People can experience muscle pains, cramping and weakness as symptoms of HIV, often originating in the back, hips and lower limbs. However, this symptom alone is not a direct indication of HIV infection. The fact that you tested negative after 3 months is a very good indication that you are HIV negative (depending of which type of test you have used). I would recommend that if any of your other symptoms persist to visit your local GP. Kindest regards, Becky, BioSURE UK LTD
