Didnt lie test down

Hi, I completed a rapid test. After 15 mins of the test standing up there was only one control line so negative, I didn’t lie the test down though i only held it up to better lighting to double check. Does that still mean my test is negative? Im panicking now that to activate(probably the wrong wording) the second line if positive it has to be lay down, or is it still a negative while just standing?

Hi Pkgc, You do not have to lay your test done once complete, the insert in the tray is for those who are unsure and may need to compare their result against the test result examples provided. As long as the control line is the only line present at the 15 minutes then your result is negative and reliable. I hope this helps, if you have any other questions please feel free to leave them below. Kindest regards, Becky
