did not work

The safety lancet did not help me to get enough blood and it could only be used once which means I did not have enough blood for the test to work. So now I have spent £30 and still not got any answers about whether I am positive or negative for HIV

Hi Henry 123 Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry that you had difficulty using the safety lancet. This lancet has been selected for ease of use and as it will produce the right amount of blood required for the test. For obvious reasons the lancet can only be used once. Sometimes it is necessary to gently squeeze your finger to help the blood come to the surface. You only need enough blood to fill the very tip of the test device. If you can email me your order confirmation I will look into this and see if we have had any similar issues. My email is gcarpenter@biosure.co.uk. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
