Can I stop worrying?

I had a suspected risk from oral on October 31. I got a test done one the 2 November which came back negative. I was put on pep but only took it for 5 days, as I got really bad side effects. Went back on December 7 for another test –  it also came back negative, and I have been doing antibody tests at home they all have been negative. Can I stop worrying?
