Are my symptoms HIV?

Hi. I had possible exposure to HIV+female,after the exposure i developed lots of symptoms that are mimic to ARS symptoms like headache,night sweat,dry mouth,stomach growling and anal bleeding.had 4 HIV tests,3 within the first 3 months and 1 after six months of possible exposure they all nonreactive.
Questions
1.does my symptoms indicative of hiv acquisition.
2.does my tests are conclusive
3.white tongue persisted till now what shall i do..?

Hi Paranoid2080. If the HIV positive individual was aware of her status and on effective medication with an undetectable viral load then HIV cannot be transmitted. With the symptoms you have described are much more likely to be lots of other things rather than HIV. Without knowing which HIV tests you used I am unable to comment on the accuracy of your results however if they are all regulated tests the chance of 4 tests being incorrect is impossible. For some people accepting a negative result is just as difficult as accepting a positive one. In order to put your mind at peace I would recommend going to a GUM clinic for a full sexual health screen. I hope this helps and please feel free to contact me further.
