apperance of test line after an hour

Having HIV self test ,the test result within an hour was negative ,but after one hour and 30 min the test line show up. What could this mean?

Hi curious P, the read time of the BioSure HIV self test is 15 minutes this means your result at 15 minutes is conclusive. The test should not be read after an hour because although the test is extremely stable the result could change.
