About test line

I test HIV rapid test and test show negative at 20-30 minute. But 3-4 hours later test line show faint line.

My question is it normal or not test line show faint line after 3 hours?
Or I need another test?

I know should not read after 1 hours. Sorry My English isn’t that good

Hi leoleo Thanks for getting in touch. You should only read the result up to one hour after the test is completed. It is for exactly this reason that we say this. The test line can become discoloured by blood cells from your sample. So if it was negative at 20 minutes, that is your result.
