Hello, I live outside the United Kingdom. I had a relationship three years ago. I have applied for a biosure machine three times and reach me within 5 days. All the results have been negative, but I am afraid that the equipment may have been affected by the shipping process or the heat.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can confirm that the result of your tests will not have been affected by exposure to high temperature during transit. Test performance will only have been adversely affected if you had stored the device at above 45 degrees C for more than 3 months.
