I have super bad anxiety

Hello, I have a super bad anxiety. Recently over five weeks ago I used tobacco from someone who is hiv and hep c positive. It was about 15 hours when this person last touched the tobacco. In the pouch there were lighter and papers to roll cigarette. Person was taking meds as been hiv positive since late 80’s . I smoked this tobacco after firstly transferring little amount of it to the paper towel and kept in my pocket like for two hours before rolled first cigarette. Am I in any danger? I did the biosure test after 4,5 weeks and was negative. I am obsessed thinking that I could be infected 🙁

Hi Tom01, There is no need for you to test. HIV or Hepatitis C cannot be transmitted by touching or even kissing so even if you were to share a cigarette with someone who is HIV or Hep C positive, you would not be at risk of infection. I hope this helps to put your mind at rest. All the best, Becky
