antiretroviral drugs

I want to know if this Biosure can detect HIV even in positive people using antiretroviral drugs???? I live in a country (South Africa) with d highest HIV rate in d world. So I really want to have dis Biosure as  a preventive measure to test any woman i intend having sex with. I Will b very appreciative of d response
