“It’s good to talk - thanks for caring”

I find it difficult to talk with my family, the district nurse I have talked to me and helped me complete a preferred priorities for care form. It gave me the chance to think about what options i had. It made me feel important and like i had my say and my own decision. Now i need to tackle the family but i know it will upset them. At least I know what i want is written down and shared with the people looking after me. Thank you to them for caring.
