Hi Sion Thanks for getting in touch. This will be quite difficult to answer as you have not described what kind of tests you have had performed. But I would like to make a couple of points. Anti-retroviral treatments are incredibly effective. If used regularly they make it impossible to pass the virus on. It is very much in your partners interest to adhere to the treatment. If she did not she would eventually die. So there is a very big incentive for her to adhere. The vast majority of people do. Secondly there is only a very small probability of transmission to the insertive partner with unprotected vaginal intercourse. Approximately 1 in 2,000. Lastly, all negative test results are encouraging. Two is very encouraging. However, without knowing what tests were done I would recommend re-testing at 12 weeks post exposure just to be absolutely certain. I hope that this helps.
