Can’t get any help from Harlow MS services
Pardon me if I am wrong but isn’t it patients that make the NHS and isn’t it patients that are supposed to be at the centre of the NHS??? Well being a new patient within the NHS in Essex… I can say it doesn’t feel like it… I have had a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis for some time now (over 10 years) and have fortunately only accessed services during my struggle for a diagnosis and then now years on I thought things would be better… But what do I find… My consultant is on holiday, another on Maternity Leave and no one within the entire harlow hospital who can help me… And then guess what, to top it all off I’m asked to ring a parkinson diseases nurse WTF????
