Void sticker
Hi I think I’m panicking but I used a test that looked all intact, the void sticker had the slight visible ‘vo’ on where the sticker was in the gap between the closing of the sides of the box. It wasn’t actually visibly void written anywhere. All inside packaging was sealed so hopefully it was ok?

Hi Still Worried. You're right, the void sticker may have lifted slightly when being squeezed through a letter box. However all your testing devices and lancet are sealed in a foil pouch inside the box so there is no risk of tampering. I hope this helps, Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) LTD

It wasn’t a double sticker, but I’ve checked and the circle label is still whole other than I’ve peeled it off. So I’m guessing just a squeeze of the box, perhaps through the letterbox? would have caused a gap for the sticker to start showing the vo letters. Would I have obviously noticed if it was void? I am worried! Would it still have been sterile?

Hi Sticker, please don't panic. Some stickers that were manufactured to specification unfortunately lost their stickiness over time, for this reason additional void stickers were applied.
