Test Results

I have done the HIV test and only one line appeared the control line, but my test there was not as clear as the one one the video. The color behind the line was still a bit faded purple it wasn’t completely white. Is there any problem with that?

Dear Oftas Thank you for contacting us with your query. This can happen occasionally with the test. It does not affect the result providing that you can clearly read the control line. Also this can happen a long time (more than 24 hours) after the test has run. I hope that this helps. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
