Still worried

I had a incident 7 months ago almost 8 months I have tested my self for the past 7 months and I came back negative. I have take biosure Test and 4th generation test as well as a western blot test and again they all came back negative. How ever the past Week I have been having severe headaches making me think it might be a symptom of hiv. Should I still be worried about having HIV if been negative?

Hi Scared since October, If all tests performed outside of the given window periods have been negative then you should not be worried that your symptoms are related to HIV. Additionally, symptoms of HIV are usually experienced during the seroconversion period which is usually around 1-3 weeks after infection. I would not put your severe headaches down to HIV infection, but if they persist, I would recommend to contact your GP for more advice. Kindest regards, Becky
