Still Worried 16 weeks after

I tested at 11 and 13 weeks with the biosure self test and both came back negative after having flu like symptoms 3 weeks after exposure. I also had a lab test during the flu like symptoms that came back negative. Exposure was unlikely as there was no penetrative sex just oral and my penis did come in contact with vaginal fluid. However sometimes i feel tingling in feet – is this peripheral neuropathy??

Hi Worried111111, Your negative result at 13 weeks would have been conclusive using our test so there should be no need to retest. I am unsure of what else your symptoms could be related to as they do not sound wholly related to HIV and your result was negative so that would suggest that your symptoms are totally unrelated to HIV. I would recommend getting in contact with your doctor to discuss this further. Kindest regards, Becky
