Still a bit worried

Hi I’ve done the test and it is negative which is a massive relief but I’m concerned it might not have worked properly as it took me a couple of minutes to realise it hadn’t clicked into the buffer pot which I then pushed further down on it and it did click,
The test line did show but still a bit worried

Hi, we have done studies on the time between applying the sample and then applying the buffer. In our studies there was absolutely no difference in accuracy when the time between is less than an hour. From what you have described you were well within this time so you can be happy that your test has run correctly. If there was something wrong with the way that the test had been performed the control line would not have triggered. I really hope that this puts your mind at ease. If you still have the test if you could take a picture of it and email it to me (gcarpenter@biosure.co.uk) I would happily have a look at it and confirm the validity of your result. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Ltd
