Problem?

Hi, I bought the test after 12 long months convincing myself that I couldn’t be positive.
I bought the test, but when I put the blood container into the white capsule, I put in incorrectly. After 5-8 minutes I noticed, and I pushed down the container and it started working . One line. Does the delay affect my final results? Sorry about my English, I’m not a native speaker

Hi Maximiliano, I apologise for not getting back to you sooner. If you received only the 1 control line then your negative result is reliable and has not been affected by the test process. If your last possible exposure was over 12 months ago, then your negative result is conclusive and you do not need to retest. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Becky
