Negative Result after 6 months

I got the Biosure Hiv Self Test After 6 months from last Sex Contact and My result is Negative .. before this test i got The biosure After 3 Months from last Sex Contact .
i got 2 Biosure test
first test after 3 months
and The second test after 6 months and one sexual relationship in latest 6 months
all my biosure results is negative .
Am I healthy 100% and idonot have hiv 100% ??
