Hi Vaccine, yes there are people who have been vaccinated against HIV however this is part of a trial and there is no licensed HIV vaccine on the market yet (watch this space). I hope this makes sense. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd

What is vaccinated against hiv? Is there a vaccine?

Hi help5, no having a pre-exsiting medical condition would not affect our test or the accuracy of your result. There are really only two things that can affect the result of a BioSure HIV self test. The first being on anti-retroviral treatment for HIV and the other would be if you have been vaccinated against HIV. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
