working with blood sample

I am working in a lab where I deal with blood samples of unknown medical history. While working some drops of blood eventually sprinkles on my upper part of wrist as hand-gloves do not cover entire area. I have no cuts or wounds on my hands or palm. Once while working with a sample, a drop of blood entered in my left eye. I checked that samples was nearly 50 days old and kept in fridge. My possible exposure was between 12 to 22 January 2019. I tested myself for tridot test(3rd gen test) on 8th march and was negative. My question is how long can HIV survive in a blood sample kept in a fridge? I have an ulcer in mouth,  tonsils a little bit swollen since 1 st April. Do I get tested again? I am worried.
