Is the test at day 84 conclusive

I have taken taken biosure tests at day 62, 69, 73, 76, 80 and 84. All of them have been negative. On day 77 i developed symptoms of a cold or flu. Is my result on day 84 conclusive or should I test again on day 90? I am a bit puzzled because it says 12 weeks in some places on the website and 90 days in some.
