Hi dalldall, Your protected sex exposure is not a risk but there is a risk of transmission through unprotected oral. However, the risk of transmission via oral sex is very low. A negative result at 2-3 weeks is good, but you must always retest at 4 weeks or 12 weeks (depending on which type of HIV test is used) for a conclusive result as it may be that your body has not produced enough antibodies for the test to be able to accurately detect infection.
