False negatives

Has there been anyone who has received a false negative from the BioSure test outside of the window period?

Hi Chrissy2, we have had one incident of a false negative reported and this is much less than we expect (in regards to our accuracy of 99.7%). However it can be a cause of numerous variables for example misreading a result or not knowing the exact date you were infected. The chances of receiving a false negative result are extremely low and is nothing to worry about. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
