Hi Celsius Thanks for the question. The stability of the device was established during an "accelerated" stability study, during which test devices were stored at high temperature (45 degrees C) for up to 6 months. The tests continued to function when stored at these temperatures for more than 3 months. The stored devices were then conducted using known HIV negative and positive control samples to determined continued effectiveness. I hope that this answers your question. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited

Hi and thank you for your answer. Just for curiosity, how do you know about this resistance? Did you test or is It based in theoretical study?. Thank you.

Hi Celsius Thanks for getting in touch. Short-term storage at high temperature will not affect the test. Long term (greater than a week) the test should be stored at between 8 and 30 degrees C. I hope that this answers your question. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
