Done a test at 9 weeks and 12 both was negative but still worried to death that I could be positive – what’s are the odds that’s I could be?

Hi Worried2 There is no evidence that co-infection with another STI or treatment would affect the result. The test has to undergo stringent testing with potentially interfering substances and co-infections in order to get regulatory approval. Kind regards Gary

Dear Worried2 Thanks for getting in touch. The chances of both tests being incorrect are approximately 1:10,000. I hope that this puts your mind at ease and answers your question. If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to contact me again. Kind regards Gary Carpenter BioSure (UK) Limited
