Nine weeks after exposure

Nine weeks after exposure, burning urine (gonorrhea treated), weak joints, stiff neck. Negative point of care test (rapid antibody) at nine weeks. Will it change to positive at 12 weeks?

Hi Moses, A negative result at 9 weeks is a really good indication of your status however if you are using a 2nd generation HIV Self Test like BioSure's then you must retest at 12 weeks for a conclusive result. I hope this helps. All the best, Bec
