I went for HIV testing

I went for HIV testing at a laboratory after my feet started to burn. The results came back negative but my feet continue to burn? Must I go for another test?

Hi Joe02, Tests performed at labs are usually 4th generation and results are conclusive from 4 weeks usually. If you have tested negative after 4 weeks then your result is accurate and conclusive - you do not need to retest. I have never heard of a burning sensation on the feet as a symptom of HIV but if this persists, I would recommend to visit your GP for medical advice. Kindest regards, Becky
