I had an exposure

I had an exposure to hiv through unprotected oral sex with a person unknown status very risk situation. It happened last year May and my last elisa fourth generation for HIV was this year April and negative. I was only positive with herpes typ1 and hepatitis A. Current symptoms are white tongue, joint and muscle pain, finger pains and numbness, rumbling stomach, mild swollen glands behind knees. If is not HIV symptoms what else could be? I have done both pcr Rna qualitative and quantitative and were not detectable

Hi Tik, The HIV tests that were performed nearly 1 year since your exposure would have been conclusive so it is unlikely that your symptoms are related to HIV. Unfortunately, I am not a medical professional so I would recommend that you get in contact with your doctor to discuss your symptoms if they persist. Sorry I cannot be of much more help. Thank you, Becky
