medicine isn't helping me

I had 3 unprotected vaginal sexual exposure with an unknown woman at one night. After 21 days my diarrhea started and now more that one and half years it’s ongoing.Doctor found, my problem is acute superficial gastritis.I was tested hiv ELISA 4TH GEN test after 2months,3months,Rapid test after 5months,EIA antibody test after 6months .ALL NEGATIVE.HEP B,C HERP 1&2,CMV ,HPYLORI -ALL NEGATIVE.Doctor didn’t find any reason.I am extremely tired now.I have candidasis on my tongue. My stomach bloating and my diarrhea with gastritis not stopped.I strongly believe that I am hiv infected.I am planning to test me HIV RNA PCR .I am very afraid and upset because of my symptoms .Even medicine isn’t helping me.

Hi Hafiz, I am so sorry to hear that your problem is ongoing however you have done the right thing and I would revisit your GP if your medication still isn't working. Given the tests you have had and the time post exposure I would say that your result is conclusive and you do not have HIV. If you cannot accept this then you could test using the BioSURE HIV self test as this is super easy, very accurate and will give you your result in just 15 minutes (www.hivselftest.co.uk). There is no need to be scared, medicine is extremely advanced and HIV is a treatable condition and the only scary thing should be not knowing. I hope this helps. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
